The Mini-Chef “I’m ready when you are” :

The Advanced plus *white wine, red wine, sesame oil, peanut oil, **vegetable stock, panko crumbs, curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, dried rosemary, dried thyme, tahini, lentil flour, and coconut cream.

As for fresh ingredients, it is always essential to have onions, garlic, ginger, and fresh herbs! In addition, rice milk, almond milk and/or coconut milk will always come in handy.

* When choosing a wine to cook with, don’t settle on quality. Do NOT cook with what you won’t drink!

** All stocks are obviously better when homemade. If you decide to use store bought ones just make sure they are organic and use them within 4 days after the day of opening.

The more you have from the above essentials the easier it will be for you to create edible dishes at home at any given moment!!
